Power Level Training (PLT) is a tier-based performance system built to radically improve your strength, conditioning, and movement capacity through a structured hybrid framework. It was designed to be repeatable, measurable, and scalable — whether you’re training in a garage, gym, or on the go.

This isn’t random workouts and guesswork. PLT is driven by a clear scoring system that ranks you across 20 core benchmarks — 10 WODs, 5 Lifts, and 5 Movements — each contributing to your Power Level Tier.

The WODs are dynamic, They are periodically swapped out for new WODs, forcing Athletes to be adaptable, Where as the Core Lifts and Movements are foundational and make the base of your scoring platform.

PLT Benchmark testing does require some equipment, However the basic principals are Strength, Movement, Cardio & Conditioning - Practise what you can with what you have.
WODs of the week will help you get an idea of where your at and are unlikely to require anything your regular Gym wont have.
