About

What Are the PLT Tiers?
PLT uses a tiered grading system to track your growth across all areas of fitness — strength, endurance, movement, and mental grit.
Each workout, lift, or benchmark you complete earns you points. As your score climbs, you move up through the tiers:
White → Green → Orange → Brown → Gold I, II, III → Red → Blue → Black.
This system lets you train with purpose, measure real progress, and always know where you stand.

Power Level Training (PLT) is a tier-based performance system built to radically improve your strength, conditioning, and movement capacity through structured hybrid programming. It was designed to be repeatable, measurable, and scalable — whether you’re training in a garage, gym, or on the go.

This isn’t random workouts or guesswork. PLT is driven by a clear scoring system that ranks you across 20 core benchmarks — 10 WODs, 5 Lifts, and 5 Movements — each contributing to your Power Level Tier.

Whether you're starting from zero or chasing elite-level numbers, every workout plan under PLT is tailored to increase your total score over time. Your weaknesses get strengthened, your strengths get amplified, and your body transforms to meet the demands of the next tier.

This is the system. The only way forward is through.

When you join PLT, you’ll input what equipment you have access to — and we’ll build from there.

To climb the highest tiers of Power Level Training, you’ll eventually need access to some standard gym gear: barbells, dumbbells, basic cardio machines. But that’s not what you need to start.

If all you’ve got is a floor, your body, and the will to suffer a bit — we can begin.

Progress isn't about equipment. It’s about effort, consistency, and confronting your limits. The tools just sharpen the blade
