About

Power Level Training

Power Level Training (PLT) is a hybrid strength & conditioning style built around one simple system:

Do the Training.
When your ready, Score your results.
Level up.

PLT measures your performance across three things:

  • Workouts

  • Compound Lifts

  • Fundamental Movements

Your scores place you on the PLT Tier Scale — from White up to Black.
Your training is about one thing: improving your score and moving up the tiers.

No complicated skills.
No barriers.
Just clear standards and measurable progress that makes you stronger, fitter, and more capable across the full spectrum of physical ability.

Train. Score. Progress. Repeat.

Tier-Based Progression

Primary Movements, Lifts & WOD’s completed earn you points across all 20 benchmark tests — Your totals from these place you into one of ten tiers, from White to Black.

Structured. Scalable. Ruthless.

PLT meets you where you're at and drives you forward, one tier at a time. Whether you’re untrained or already Elite, There is a tier for your current level.. Now its up to you to climb.

Adaptable, Anywhere

PLT Training and the Benchmark testing does require some equipment, However the basic principals are Strength, Movement & Conditioning - Practise what you can with what you have.
The PLT Training block will help you progress, get an idea of where your at and is unlikely to require anything your regular Gym wont have.

Hybrid Strength + Conditioning

PLT balances heavy lifting, powerful movement, and cardio intensity in a way that creates true human strength. You don’t sacrifice strength for speed — you build both, together.

No Guesswork – Free PLT Training

If Programming isn’t your forte, Showing up without a workout plan can be rough… So if your in the Gym and wondering what to do.. Hit up the training block and follow the program that meets your current level. Its Free and always will be.

Core Benchmarks That Never Change

Your growth is tracked through 5 Core Lifts and 5 Core Movements — permanent standards that anchor your progress. These are considered fundamental and don’t change, so your strengths here are a permanent fixture. They’re timeless measures of strength, and power output control.
